Grayscale Ivy – Effective September 2024

1. General Information / Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales and deliveries of coloring books, both digital and printed on thick 170gsm paper, offered on the website www.grayscaleivy.com.

By ordering from my site, you unconditionally accept these terms. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

2. Order Placement and Contract Formation

Any order of products on my site, following the click on the "Buy Now" button, constitutes a firm purchase offer in accordance with these GTC.

Orders for printed books are subject to my acceptance. I reserve the right to accept your order within 14 days of receipt or to reject it with an explanation.

A sales contract is formed when I accept your order by sending a confirmation email. Please ensure that your order information is accurate and contact me immediately in case of any errors.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices of products are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT), and include free shipping.

Payment can be made by credit card. The accepted cards are indicated during the payment process. The total amount of your order will be debited upon shipment of the products.

4. Delivery / Transfer of Ownership and Risk

For digital books, you will receive them immediately as well as by email after payment confirmation.

For printed books, if the products are in stock, I commit to arranging their shipment to the address indicated in your order within ten days following the order confirmation.

Ownership of the products will be transferred to you upon receipt of full payment. The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you when you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the products.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or incur any penalties. Products must be returned in their original and complete condition.

This right does not apply to digital products.

To exercise this right, you must notify me by email at infograyscaleivy@gmail.com of your decision to withdraw.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website www.grayscaleivy.com, including texts, illustrations, images, and other elements, are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.

7. Liability

I cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products or any other fault attributable to the customer. My liability shall not exceed the amount of the order.

8. Personal Data

The information collected is necessary for managing your order and our business relationship. It is intended solely for Grayscale Ivy and is processed in accordance with my privacy policy.

9. Governing Law

These GTC are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
